Shipping Policy

Click and Collect:

  • Eligible Products: Products marked as "Click and Collect" can be picked up from our physical store located at 536 Maunganui Road, Mon 8am-5.30am Sat 8am-3.00pm
  • Pickup Time: Please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared for pickup. We try our best to ensure the quickest pickup for each order.
  • Notification: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Drop Shipping:

  • Multiple Parcels: Due to drop shipping arrangements, your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information for each parcel via email.
  • If you tracking has not arrived within 25 days of placing your order please email us directly on info@cycleobsession.co.nz or call our store on 07 575 2189 and we will look into for you.

Afterpay:

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Afterpay allows you to split your payment into four interest-free installments.
  • Eligibility: Afterpay eligibility is subject to their terms and conditions.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 will receive free shipping nationwide within New Zealand, including rural areas.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $100, a standard tracked shipping fee will apply. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • No other shipping or custom fees will apply to any orders place with this online store.
