Our Tech Centre is the heart and soul of the business. Our highly skilled mechanics live and breath cycling and will treat your bike as their own. Our team have the very best tools and diagnostic equipment available backed up with decades of experience to tackle even the toughest of repairs.
Once every repair is completed, it is checked by a second mechanic to ensure a flawless outcome, every time!
For most jobs we usually require a booking. However, for simple jobs like a puncture. We will do our best to get you straight back out on the road.
We will always aim to have the bike completed on the day of the booking. This may be longer if we are waiting on parts to arrive. At any point during your service your welcome to call us for an update.
Throughout winter out lead times tend to sit anywhere from a day or two up to a week, sometimes longer in peak summer months. If you are wanting to know feel free to give us a call to discuss.

Service intervals vary a lot depending on how often you ride and on what type of terrain. Typically 2-3 services per year is normal. However, if riding in wet/muddy conditions, more often is usually required. Feel free to call in anytime to discuss your bikes condition.
