Velduro Phantom M2 - Frame Only

Our Gold Award-winning e-gravel carbon chassis is available as a premium frame-only module. This ultra-lightweight foundation allows you to custom-build your personal dream machine—whether that is a drop-bar electronic gravel racer or a flat-bar backcountry adventure rig. Powered by the incredibly intelligent DJI Avinox M2 drive system, this module includes the complete electrical and drive package alongside the precision carbon frameset to get your build started.

What is Included with the Module?

Every Phantom frameset package ships with the complete chassis hardware and the full DJI Avinox system pre-configured:

Technical Build Blueprint & Specifications

Handlebar, Fork & Cockpit Engineering

• Headset Standard: Full internal cable routing architecture, requiring a 52mm diameter upper and lower matching headset bearing profile.

• Cockpit Configurations: Frame geometry accommodates both traditional drop-bar gravel configurations and straight flat-bar adventure setups.

• Fork Adaptability: While the matching rigid carbon fork is included, the frame is fully engineered to accept short-travel gravel suspension forks (e.g., RockShox Rudy, FOX 32 Taper-Cast, SR Suntour GVX, etc.).

• Seatpost Standard: Fits traditional round 27.2mm diameter seatposts.

• Maximum Insertion Depth: 250mm frame insert allowance.

• Dropper Post Compatibility: Fully accepts either standard mechanical or wireless electronic 27.2mm dropper seatposts. Internal routing length requirement: 1100mm.

Wheelset & Tyre Clearances

• Front Wheel Hub: Dependent upon your chosen fork (standard included rigid fork utilizes a 12x100mm thru-axle standard).

• Rear Wheel Hub: Strictly dimensioned for 12x142mm thru-axle road/gravel hub spacing.

• Wheel & Tyre Sizing Matrix: Optimized for 700C gravel platforms.

• Recommended Stock Size: 700x45C tyres.

• Maximum Frame Clearance: High-volume accommodation up to 700x50C maximum width limits (front and rear).

Drive & Drivetrain Specifications

• Chainwheel Limits: Uses a 104mm BCD spider pattern; maximum chainring capacity allows up to a 44T chainwheel.

• Crank Limits: Engineered for specific frame clearance up to 165mm max crank lengths; optimized for a 0mm offset crank footprint.

• Drivetrain Standards: Direct compatibility with SRAM UDH standards. Engineered strictly for 1x single chainring setups only, supporting up to ultra-wide 13-speed mechanical or electronic shifting systems.

• Groupset Universality: Full integration with both Shimano and SRAM components. Accepts both electronic wireless/wired (E-shift) and conventional manual cable shifting.

• Manual Cable Routing Minimum: 1650mm inner cable travel required.
