Smart Features & Connectivity

The Bighorn introduces groundbreaking smart technology with an integrated 4G network SIM module. Paired with the Wattwheels App (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), it delivers an advanced suite of security and utility features:

• Real-Time GPS Location: Track your bike's exact whereabouts anytime, anywhere.

• Geo-Fencing Security: Receive instant alerts straight to your phone if your bike is moved outside designated boundaries.

• Direct Theft Reporting: Report your bike stolen through the app to trigger security measures and remotely shut down the bike's motor system.

• Remote Bike Control: Take command of your eBike features from your screen—toggle lights and adjust Pedal Assist (PAS) settings.

• Remote Diagnosis: Diagnose and troubleshoot system health seamlessly to ensure your ride stays in peak condition.

• Dealer Locator: Easily locate and connect with authorized Wattwheels dealers for professional support and service.

ℹ️ Subscription & Connection Notes: The smart app features are included for the first year. To maintain functionality after the first year, the subscription can be renewed for $59.95 per year (renewal is completely optional; the bike functions perfectly as a standard e-bike without it).

Tracking and GPS functions require 4G network coverage. To prevent passive battery drain from the smart modules, we recommend removing the battery if you are not riding weekly or are storing the bike in an area with poor 4G reception.
